It's been a while.

I have been so busy that I haven't been able to blog in a while. And there were some pretty good things to talk about during that time, but due to bad memory, I can't remember half of them.

I will say this: I LOVE my community group. These people are amazing and fun! Our newest member, Stephanie from Jersey, had us over at her Uncle's place on the lake. We had a great time eating, fellowshipping, carving pumpkins, riding in the boat, and dancing. I can't forget the dancing. I'm really excited about this group because I've been wanting to make new friends, and, not only are they a bunch of great people, but they're all just like me. In our twenties, single, no children, out of college and working on our careers. I'm so thankful that God has brought us all together. It is just what I needed!

Tonight, I am making plans for carving pumpkins with Jessica and Stephanie. It's going to be great. Hot cocoa and doughnuts! Icky, gooey pumpkins guts all over our hands, cold windy October weather. Hopefully I will be able to nail down what I'm going to be for Halloween. My creativity doesn't normally kick in until the last minute, so I'm counting on it tonight. Last year I was the swine flu. If you're wondering how I pulled that off, I managed to dress like a pig and had wings. Yeah, I'm hoping I can do better than that this year. haha. Anyway, I will have to take pictures and post to get my blog all in the holiday spirit! :)

Oh, and by the way: Congratulations to my sister and brother-in-law for winning the Zombie Prom King and Queen! You looked awesome!
